ibre!/.hyd (howard kim) is a multimedia artist based in the Bay Area, CA.

As a natural singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, ibre!/.hyd began his artistic pursuit in 2016 as a vocalist, music producer, and DJ. Since then, he has continued to grow as an independent artist, expanding the domain of his artistic expression to other mediums.

His influences stretch wide, from Frank Ocean, Miles Davis, Kevin Shields, Chet Baker, Erykah Badu, and D'Angelo - to Nam June Paik, Brian Eno, Jackson Pollock and more, without restriction to the artistic field or genre.
